Shifts - Let non owner manage shifts
Only team members with owner role are able to manage shifts.
Would be helpfull to define shifts manager seperate from their team role.
Shifts are also assigned by supervisors, which are only team member and assigning owner role is not desired.

Please could we have an update on this? We can't use Shifts if only Owners can assign an open shift slot. and we can't give all out staff owner rights as then they have access to everything.

This would be very helpful as not all teams are created equally!
It would be great to have the ability for all edit.

It would be great if you could allow some users to manage the shifts and requests for the Group setup on Shifts

Experiencing the same issue, we would like to make a schedule for only part of the team members, made by a non-owner of the team!

like some others, spent an hour manually copying stuff from a group calendar to shifts, only to find non-owners dont have any permissions :(

Need to be able to have the choice not to have a manager / owner to approve requests. In some Teams we need the employee to add their holidays / time off and hours without having to approve.

Is there a way to allow the whole team the view to see everyones shifts, AL etc within the Shifts app? Or is this only allowed to be seen by the site owner?

Hoping this is nearing a release. Needing to make users the owners is insane

Would also like to be able to create a role versus assigning a person. That way I can note the person in the role day over day. In Emergency Operations, we have up to three shifts of people in one role. We need to know who is in what role each day. I got around this by granting our shared email accounts permissions to the Teams site and then assigning shifts to them, but I still need everyone to be able to modify the daily entries for each role.

Please do this! It is a barrier when trying to share a shift calendar for a team such that they know who is on. Far more efficient for users to be able to update in case there is a change.

Please implement this, having to make users Owners of a Team just so they can add/edit their own schedule in to Shifts is not a feasible solution

This is also needed for us to be able to use Shifts - can't have owner only role being able to manage shifts.

It's a real problem for us not even being able to see other members shifts. They can only view their own shifts
