OneNote Sections and Pages Panes in Teams
In Teams, by default, when opening a OneNote, the sections and pages panes are closed and the first page of the first section is displayed.
If you set Affichage > Options de navigation > Afficher les pages et les sections, the setting does not stick when you leave the OneNote and come back to it.
OneNote online and desktop have this setting and the panes are always open.
The people in my work environment prefer the panes to be open but I understand that some may like it the other way.
It would be nice have this choice for each occurrence of OneNote (Desktop, Online, in Teams) and not just an imposed and different chocie for each.
On top of that, when the panes are open and you click inside a note, the panes close. It is a very unexpected behavior and not justified. Plus it acts in favor of eye fatigue by forcing to refocus on the part you wanted to edit.

I agree totally with the other comments here. This behavior not only hurts adoption by new users, but is also a real annoyance for experienced users who get tired of expending the panes over and over and over. The power of OneNote is in quickly creating, organizing and navigating hundreds or thousands of pages, so it makes no sense for the default view in Teams to always open inside of one singe page!
This feature is still not available. Implementing this feature would be a great benefit for end-users who are not familiar with OneNote.
This is something our company is struggling with currently and it's a major setback for the "usability" of OneNote in teams. Many of our employees are unfamiliar with newer applications and having them navigate on their own is often frustrating. It would be great to be able to pin the navigation pane to make it easier to navigate. Many employees have said that the expanding arrow on the left side is not intuitive unless you are familiar with the program already.
Most people in my team never realise there are multiple pages hidden by an unlabled arrow symbol, so they don't engage with the OneNote and miss content stored there.
