    Same problem; managed to get it to update the Teams profile picture eventually after updating it in Outlook (took a day or two for the change to take effect in Teams), but Teams still uses old picture for meetings. Signed out and cleared all the local temporary files, still didn't fix it. Reinstalled the program, and still uses the old picture. Only fix I've see is when you login for the first time on a computer/device it is forced to grab the photo from the server, or wait for a random long time (weeks) before it may decide to update it...

    P.S. Went through all the non-sense to try and vote on this issue, got to the final step when you accept the terms and click the Vote button, but nothing happens after clicking and the vote count didn't add up. Pretty certain there are a lot more users with this same problem that haven't voted.

    Same issue and the image does not appear to be stored as in the "old" SharePoint user profile there is nothing. Normally I deleted them from there. Fix this?

    I have same issue. Was able to upload a pic to outlook but not Teams. Thought it would be sync'ed but it didn't.

    Same issue. Any solution? Outlook/teams/skype picture can not be changed. Can someone from Microsoft look into this!

    I had the same problem. Problem was solved by uploading the photo in MS Outlook. Then it takes a while and then you see the profile picture in MS Teams

    same here. cannot save uploaded profile photo. my first time using teams. another microsoft failure in a long history of failures.

    Having the same problem as all these other folks, can't update profile pic. Microsoft, how about some help here??
