When I select the "Reply all with IM" in Outlook it only opens a Teams chat window with the sender, same as "Reply with IM"
I turned on Teams as my default IM option from Outlook, but when I select the "Reply all with IM" it only opens a Teams chat window with the sender, same as "Reply with IM". Another colleague confirmed the same behaviour. Is this a bug, or is there something else I need to do in my setup for this to work correctly?

Any updates? Actually our customer can't move to Teams from Skype for Business because of this bug.

Strongly agree.
My customer use this function frequently in their daily work.
Transitioning from s4b to teams without this feature has a major impact on them. -

As skype is replaced with team in many organizations, this is a must have feature or rather a bug to be fixed earliest

This "Reply All with IM" if it's Skype for Business, it is possible to send a message to all. Please make Teams chat act the same way.
