macOS Teams App doesn't obey panning gestures when viewing images
When viewing an image in Teams on macOS, the normal expected pan gestures do not work. Two finger gestures are used in macOS to pan around in images and other views. Instead, Teams uses this to zoom at insanely fast speeds. This breaks expectations for Mac users and leads to a poor app experience.

In case this isn't clear, this is on macOS using a track pad. One way to reproduce the wrong behavior:
1. Find a chat with an embedded image
2. Click on the image to expand it, which also shows a toolbar with controls to zoom in, out, download, etc.
3. Use two fingers to move the image around. Unexpectedly, the image instead zooms in and out at high speed instead of scrolling and/or panning from left to right.
4. Use two fingers to pinch and expand/contract the image. Unexpectedly, the image expands when you pinch together and contracts when you pinch out to expand. This also happens at very high speed, making it extremely hard to control.
Importantly, there is no way to pan/scroll around a zoomed-in image using the trackpad. The only solutions I've found are to use the arrow keys or to download the image and view it in another application.
