I see this idea in a lot of different forms on Teams UserVoice:

https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/38643511-move-fullscreen-button-out-of-overflow-menu
https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/38309827-make-planner-more-accessible-through-teams
https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/34174192-make-planner-app-more-visible
https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/33863926-include-planner-as-a-top-level-menu-tabSo Microsoft: please pick up this idea, since there's clearly a need for this, although it looks like the number of votes for it is low. But I think this is because the votes are spread over the multiple posts for the same idea.

Exactly if a My Task could be added to the navigation pane rather than have to go to sub menu to save clicks would be ideal
