Change 'Accept Call' button color to green to match other familiar UI elements
When I receive an incoming call request, if I'm on autopilot sometimes my inclination is to click on the red 'decline call' button because that button has a different color than the other buttons--this makes it stand out as an option.
If you changed the color of the 'accept call' button to a medium green, this would make both 'accept' and 'decline' stand out from the rest of the interface and also help facilitate usability for those who are partially blind.
Doing this would align the most important call interaction buttons to the same color scheme that iOS/Android use and most people by now have internalized.
This of course does not help those who are red/green colorblind, o I would also suggest a settings option to toggle the accept/decline colors to something like a black/white color scheme for clarity.

In addition to being green, I also think the answer call button should be on the far right and dismiss call should be on the left.

Green - is preferable, as it is accepted std UI design for communications apps, but even just making it Lync/Skype "Blue" would at least draw attention to it.
Having colour palette which is dull and fades into background on 'dark' theme is borderline idiotic, and leads me to the assumption the product group have never done (or just ignored) user-experience testing. -

Simply insane that this simple issue has not corrected yet!!!

Please work to change the Accept Call button to green - If I have to hear from one more senior executive who can't understand why Teams doesn't follow the rest of the world with Green for answer and Red for hang up - I'm going to turn them lose onto you Microsoft. I don't think you realize how much those of us in IT protect you from the raging masses!

I automatically select the most obvious button to answer a call - the red one, and end up hanging up on the caller. The actual accept button is the purple background colour. Please make it green!

Same. As a former web designer, it's currently terrible UI design. I have to consciously think "do not click the button that looks highlighted, self!" to not hang up on people.

+1 for making the accept button green - I've also already hit the decline button accidentially for several times!

We keep clicking on the red hang up because the call and the video are the same color. Make them visually different.

I do this all the time, it's a really stupid colour design. The hang up is the only button that stands out, it's not even really red, its a dark shade and I always click it. With the COVID 19 work at home I am getting loads of calls and keep hanging up.

Several members of our team very much do not like this about Teams. They have consistently hit the hang up button. I hope Microsoft either changes this, or gives us the option to change it.

I've discussed this with several members of my team and we've all instinctively clicked the red button because it's familiar. Purple to accept a call isn't intuitive.
There are 101 things that can go wrong when you're trying to connect to a call and the last thing you need is a UI quirk slowing you down.

I have instinctively clicked on the red button SO MANY TIMES as it's the more promiment of the options.

I like this idea, and would also suggest moving it out from the middle position.
