Making links more usable
When linking to a file in Teams we prefer using the "add attachement"-function and the choosing to insert a link instead of uploading the attachment. This create a neat solution wiht a clickable file-banner.
The banner includes a sort of link adress - I suggest that this link address is devloped further to incnlude the entire folder structure (down to the folder where the files is found).
Se example in picture. The banner includes the information "Tengbom processledare > Allmänt". Tengbom processledare is the name of the team and Almmänt is the swedish word for General indicating that the file is found in the Allmänt/General channel of that team. But the file is found in a specific folder in the Genreal channel which is an important information to share beacause it makes it easier for the reader to find the link later without using the link (but instead giong directly to the files-tab and in to the specified folder).
