Allow ANYBODY to share their screen
Currently we have to use other services such as Google Hangout/Meet or other video conferencing apps to meet with people outside of our company, because MS Teams does not allow screen sharing for anonymous guests. Its a real pain ********** that Teams doesn't have this ability and most other services do. We meet with people outside of our company a lot so we frequently need to abandon MS Teams for these meetings.
Thank you for your continued feedback. Screen sharing on Chrome and Chromium-based Edge is fully supported. For more information, please visit https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/limits-specifications-teams#browsers.
For Safari and Firefox, only incoming screen sharing is currently supported. Safari outgoing screen sharing is on the backlog, and Firefox outgoing screen sharing is under review.
This would be incredibly useful when working with external clients who do not want to install a full application or authenticate with a MS account just to share their screen with us.

Currently the functionality "Desktop sharing" is only available in the app version of Teams but not in the web version. The button to share the screen is available but grayed out. When hovering over the button, it says "Desktop sharing isn't supported in your browser yet".
In scenarios where deploying the app is not favorable (e.g. VDI, Linux), screen sharing from within the web app would be highly useful.
Tested on Google Chrome Version 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) (64-bit)
