Camera not working
Camera shows black screen on Microsoft Teams Version 1.1.00.29053 (desktop app), on MAC os Mojave 10.14.1
I tried to reinstall the app but it did not help. It's been happening for more than 3 weeks already.
USB camera has again stopped working with the Teams Windows desktop app. Works no worries with Skype and Zoom. Useless!

I have found I can here the call but not see the video, I also can't tell who is in the call, it is a very poor user experience. Mac OS catalin a10.15.6 teams 1.2.001761

I found this issue in my pc also and problem I found in my antivirus application, in My case I have Quick Heal Total Security, in this Internet & Network go to Webcam settings, there you need to add Microsoft Team and allow it. . Close your MT from task manager and restart. In my case it is now working.
I also believe if still it is not working in your pc then you can allow media to Microsoft team in your browser settings for camera and microphone.
Same problem here. With external device AJA NTV.
No way possible to make it work.
Can authorise the webcam, but there's no option to allow access to the NTV.
exact same problem here. When I view the Microsoft Teams settings, the camera preview works just fine! It's just when I'm in an actual meeting, it shows as a black screen.

The helpdesk page suggests you go to privacy, click on camera and microphone and allow Teams to use it. But: Teams is not in this list! How can we solve this?
In facetime, camera works. Green light is flashing when camera works.
In the settings environment in Teams I can see the Face-time Camera HD, but, it is not working.
Our Macs also do not appear to support video on Teams and grateful for an update on a fix?
On mac 10.15.3, "Video isn't working. We couldn't use your webcam for video." It was working last week, camera and accessibility is enabled.
If you have already given Teams permission to your camera, microphone and screen recording and Teams still says "No available camera found", you have to give permission for "Accessibility" as well.

Thank you. I did open Security & Privacy and clicked on camera and "activated" it for Teams. Did the same for microphone. Now I can be seen and heard on Team meetings. (Still takes about 10 minutes for Teams to open on my Mac so I have learned to allow that extra time before a meeting begins.)

On a Mac, please stop advising to "Open Security & Privacy...." It (still) doesn't work for Teams. Much as I don't like the alternatives, I'm about to junk the junk which is Teams.
install the teams app in macbook then go to the settings & enable it, open security & Privacy(press Mac+space and type security&privacy) in your Mac then click on Privacy tab then click on camera on the left side then click on check box of Microsoft Teams and you're good to go!
It would be nice if Teams application can show pop up with instruction how to include *Microsoft Teams* in Camera privacy configuration on Mac preferences.
