Open folder from search results
Often we need to access a folder that a file is located within. Search only allows opening the file, not opening the folder location. At a minimum, it should display the folder location so that we can browse there manually.

Search is actually incredibly unhelpful in this regard

I was going to submit this idea also. There are a lot of options you can use for a file when you browse through the folder structure in Teams which cannot be done when you find a file in search. As search is one of the most powerful benefits for files in my opinion, it is then somewhat floored as you have to still go through the folder structure manually for some of the other options such as check out, copy etc.

I completely agree. With the proliferation of Teams sites trying to find the location of a specific document has become difficult. I need to be able to see which Team the document is stored in, who has access to it (internal users versus external clients). Nine times out of ten, the last thing I actually want to do is edit the document itself. In addition, perhaps adding some metadata to the document that would allow you to click back to the folder would be helpful.

Search: Why can't I just rightclick on a document to open it from search results? This is so standard and not support in Teams.

Actually, this is something which is essential. Without it, Teams is a major step back in time.
