send files to external users
I want to be able to send (attach) files to external users, without having them to swap the tennant and login as guest. We were able to do this in SFB. Mayble Teams administrator could manage this.
Also screen sharing could be great.

I can confirm Philipp:
It's working in pop-out chat window. -

Curiously, it's available in the pop-out chat window.

Is there any good news about that?

Guest users can share files (attachments) in our organization's chats.
Fundamental that! -

There must be full compatibility to make the migration as transparent as possible to the user.

We have partner orgs (external users) that we chat with all the time, but we can't send them attachments via chat. It's functionality that you would just expect to work.

This feature was in SFB and Teams is a direct replacement so this feature should be included by default
put it back

What are you doing microsoft, functionality is awful in Teams. Why can't we send an attachment to an external user (our client). This was a function of SFB.

The Teams is of no use to me without this important feature. I purchased SFB only to talk to external users and screen share with them.

It also baffles me that MS expect Teams to replace SFB without this crucial feature.

This is crazy that it is not working. we can't send screenshots or anything unless the external user switches to guest mode. WHY!?
