Allow Translate option for Teams' Guests
As a guest on a Team, I would like to have the Translate option available to me when it's turned on for the Tenant. I believe this is a common use-case when a Guest joins a Team in another Tenant where they all speak a different language.

I can't agree with this suggestion any more.....usually Guest account may be coming from different countries and where the Teams Translation function most useful..!!

Agreed. I just got caught out suggesting a guest customer use it to translate to Japanese and they informed me it was not available on their side:-(

I just don't understand why the Translate function would not support Guest account.....if there is a place where the Translate function worth the most, it's for the communication with Guest coming from overseas!!

Totally agree, guests do need this... :(((

The internal account doesn't need this, but the guest account must have this!

I thought this was obvious! Our internal and external clients need de communicate with clients all over the world in different languages. We are also guests on multiple projects around the world. We need this. I mean it’s available to our account, why not add it to guests!?!

This is needed in our organisation as well. We are a global company with multiple tenants, so to have the same user experience and be able to translate chats etc when a guest in another tenant would be very helpful.

This feature should definitely be added.

This is a critical requirement for your company. Without having translation for the Guests we are forced to go for the 3rd party solution.

I also would like this feature. We work a lot with people in China who do not speak English and it is very disappointing that this feature is not currently available.

Totally unacceptable!!! Guest should be able to translate too.

I don't know why its available for internal users but not guests? Someone would have had to actually write the logic to exclude guests and that makes no sense. Guests could possibly be even more likely to require translation.

This would be really useful when joining multi-lingual teams as a guest. Currently a guest cannot translate posts, as per internal members.

This would be a great feature. Also allowing the ability to translate when the message is sent from Skype to Teams would be another good feature.
