Text messaging
Why can I make phone calls via the Business Phone Plan in Microsoft Teams but am unable to send/receive text messages to/from phone numbers? When will this functionality be added? I can with Google Voice.

We can make outside phone calls with our system, but sometimes customers want to text pictures which does not work with teams

People often no longer check voicemails any more. Many voicemailboxes are left full. It would be great to be able to send a text from the phone system. I am surprised that such a vital interface was left out!

Yes everyone does not have email. Having the messaging app is very needful and vital.

Yes, completely agree. Microsoft Business Voice needs text messaging.
