Add option to not lose sound (voice of person on call) when phone rings
Currently, when on a call and the phone rings (even for a call that rings several lines), the sound cuts out and it is not possible to hear the other person on the call. In SfB, we were able to change the volume to hear both. In Teams, there is no setting for this. Add it please!

I agree with Beverly's Idea, and I would also want to add a point that Teams doesn't support screen-sharing option when the users are not already in a call, unlike Skype for business which supports this feature.

In addition to there being no setting to change so that sound on calls will not be interrupted when the phone rings, there is another sound issue. I was just told by another person at our company that, when going from Teams to another application (like Skype for Business), the only way to get the sound back on the call in Teams is by unplugging and re-plugging in the headset.
