Don't auto-collapse conversations when switching from Teams to Chat and back
If I switch to a private chat (or activity feed, or whatever top-level tab), and back to Teams, my currently open channel has its conversations collapsed, as if I had switched from one channel to another. This is very distracting, since I lose all my context, and I frequently jump back and forth between chat and teams.
At least make this a setting so I can override the default behavior.

This really makes using the tool very difficult as we keep missing messages. This has become bothersome enough that we are going back to using slack. Seems obvious that conversations should be kept as the user left them to retain visual context; otherwise the tool is inserting itself into the conversation where it is not wanted.

Please, please allow us to turn auto-collapse off...

A common complaint. All views should be persistent so that they retain their state when not visible, preferably across shutdown/restart too.
