If you have a Plantronics device, you have to install the Plantronics Hub software. Once installed, select your USB Bluetooth adapter device. For me, it is BT300. Next, go into Settings > General. Within there, enable the Audio Sensing option and then click Apply. According to this option's description, when enabled the USB Bluetooth adapter senses when PC audio is being piped to the USB port and then activates the Voyager Legend headset and transmits the audio output to the device. The microphone input of the headset is also activated at that time.

I also have Plantronics Legend and BT300 - and the microphone does not work at all with MS Teams. Is this being looked at at all?

I have a pair of taotronic 79 head phones, I specifically bought for conference calls on my computer (noise cancelling and completely wireless). However, I can use the headphones great when listening to music on my PC and it never cuts out (using Headphones not Headset). Then for a teams call, I have to switch to headset and the audio sounds terrible and after 5-10 minutes I lose connection and can't hear the people on the line anymore. I usually end up having to turn off my headphones and just continue through the speakers once this happens. Any bug fixes for this yet?

I have the Plantronics Legend and 5200, give or take on which day it works with either andriod or windows pc. Sometimes the MIC works, other times it doesn't, drop the call and reverts back to device audio constantly. $200 in premium headsets that don't work is a bummer.

Teams does not work with Tzumi Probuds either. Zoom works well with them though.

Can't answer calls with my Plantronics Voyager 5200 Bluetooth earpiece or my Bose QuietControl 30 Bluetooth earbuds. Both work with phone dialer app and other voice calling apps. Using a Pixel 3 phone. Can't switch to using either of these while in a Teams call, either.

I just found out yesterday that my BT300 adapter doesn't support Teams. My office is moving towards using Teams more than Skype for Business. The BT300 works well with Skype but I didn't get any audio from a Teams meeting I joined.
