Screen View on Video Calls
It would be great if we could change the way you view people on a Teams video call.
Could me get the choice to see main talker in one screen with other callers at the bottom and a gallery view so you can see all faces, as well as the current 4 way view.

Please go add your vote to this one, too! https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/17010055-show-video-for-all-people-in-video-meeting

Please add additional video thumbnails during a video conference. The gallery of 4 is nice, but a larger pool would allow for greater visual feedback for remote workers.
I completely agree with this. On Zoom and other platforms, you can see a lot more than 4 people which is much better for having a team discussion rather than only seeing the 4 more current faces. I also like the other ideas posted here for having more flexibility to change the views.

Having the option to treat the video feeds equally - i.e. if you have two people on the video call, then you can just drag feeds to wherever you want - split screen, etc. and re-size any of them by just dragging to your required size.
As we used to be able to do in Skype...
Agreed. It would also be nice if the screen sharer's face would be displayed in a little window, so recipients of the screen share are able to see the screen and the face of screen sharer.
In addition, in case of video chatting with 4 accounts, the screen is divided into three where one is displayed in half and the other two in quarter. Please add the function to change the display arrangement.
When one or multiple user share the video, you can't just display the video off all participant. This would be good to allow to switch between video of a user and / or the screen sharing.
clicking on the user name should bring his webcam bigger, if you don't display all the user webcam.
