Name changes in Azure AD not propagating
The Teams client never seems to refresh member names from Azure AD, resulting in name Changes not propagating to Teams.
Currently we need to manually delete the cache db-folder from %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\IndexedDB on every client in order for display names to refresh from AAD. Which is not a manageable solution long term.
Please introduce either a periodical background refresh, or refresh on login/tenant change.

I have just come across this problem. It appears to have been rumbling on for some time. Refresh from AD seems extremely inconsistent. Signing out and then back in to Teams seems to resolve the issue without having to manually delete the cache.
All user attributes are cached far too long. Every months we have dozens of people complaining that their new titles, positions or surnames are not updated in Teams. Sometimes 1-2 weeks after the change in Azure AD. This creates dozens of tickets and a lot of work for our helpdesk.

It would be really nice if there was a command line to clear the... six? different cache and tmp and database directories.

Maybe I should add that we initially thought that it was just a sync/refresh delay between AAD & Teams, but after more than a week Changes in AAD are still not showing up in the Teams Client.
