Blynclight for Microsoft Teams
Expose user presence in Microsoft Teams through an API so that the Embrava Blynclight can subscribe to the current users status and display this status on the Blynclight.

The team is happy to announce that this functionality is now available through the Presence Graph API which is now in public Beta! We have additional functionality planned for the API so please keep checking back for updates.
Please note that this is a beta version of the API and may be subject to change. Use of these APIs in production applications is not supported.

This has been a great add-on for Skype so that people around me can see if I am on a call or not. The small indicators on headsets are normally only visible from one direction. Please update Teams to allow the ability to share the status with Blynclight.

C'mon Microsoft - being able to see if someone if free or busy is critical to reaching out to the right person at the right time.

Skype is going to be replaced. Developers need this to improve their product for Teams.

No question this is VERY important. I work with "Microsoft's Largest Reseller" and we are ramping up to migrate customers from SharePoint and Skype (for Business) to MSFT Teams. This will be a HUGE feature for companies in 'transformation' from email, messaging and intranet sites to "teaming" paradigms. I would use this feature for MSFT Teams immediately, but #Slack is a large and growing user base too.

The API should be standard for any supplier of UC light

Lack of support for access to user presence will delay transition from Skype for Business client to Teams client as primary messaging platform. We rely on integration for external visual indicators (Blynclight, busylight, etc.) for agents, support personnel.

The lack of this feature means I would be forced to look for a alternative messaging service.
