Incoming Call Notification / Dialog not always appearing
I find after having Teams run for some time (e.g. more than a day) that the Incoming Call notification dialog seems to stop showing on the Windows Desktop version.
I can hear the incoming call sound, there's just no way to accept the call -- I have to use my mobile (which is also ringing and has a notification).
If I quit and re-open Teams, then it shows future incoming calls, so it's purely an issue that the "Incoming Call" dialog doesn't show.
Attached is the dialog I normally see, when it's working, and goes missing.
Same here, I can hear it ringing on computer but no where to answer. Have to answer on phone and use tiny screen instead. No way I could see to transfer call back to computer. How has this not been fixed yet?
there is somone that just got her account on ms teams, took a few installation attempts, but finally got her logged in. we did not notice the error with pop up at first, but then she was in conference calls and was seeing the error. notified me, I checked, sure enough, yes, error, but if she is in a chat with me and I call her, then the top right corner of the chat window shows the incoming call. but no pop up on her desktop or no sound either. I checked the Settings / Privacy and none of the settings had been touched, I even uninstalled and re-installed it, and still get the same error.
Same hear. It has become a game to try and find the answer button. The game is no longer fun! It
happens to all of us seemingly at random
Same issue here. No part of the interface allows to answer the call...
I also have this issue. Windows 8.1, Teams Version 1.3.00.4461 (64-bit). Outgoing calls are fine. For incoming calls (Teams to Teams), I hear the ringtone, but don't get a notification to answer. Unlike OP, this happens all the time, not just when teams has been running for a long time.

yeah, still issue is persisting, restarting teams works for the day

I also have this problem - but all the time, restarting does nothing. Windows 10.

On a MAC, it never seems to pop up when receiving a call. It does on Mobile phone and other Android based devices. very annoying....

We are also facing the issue with several users where MS Teams doesn't show call notification and it shows user added when other person is calling.
Same behaviour in OWA too. We opened a case with Microsoft Support where they also referred to this communication stating issue would be fixed in near future updates.
Please confirm if any estimated turn around time for this.
We are also getting this but we have isolated the issue - only seems to happen if a remote desktop session is running at the same time on that machine.

Microsoft confirmed to me in [Ticket #:17637906] Team Request
that the issue is known and scheduled to be fixed on next update and that web client is unaffected. I want to beleive MS support but wouldnt MS have posted here if it was this far along?

We are also seeing this randomly accross our clients. We have another issue that may be similar in that the Teams call control momentarily flashes on screen and then disappears but no ringing tone (despite the forwarding pbx still thinking it is delivering a call to the teams client)

There should be a way to disable Pop up notification for incoming calls.

Same here, calls come through mobile and browser app just fine.
Same issue for all of our team, regardless of OS and device.
We have the same problem.
It is random.
We use also Skype Enterprise at the same time, maybe the problem is coming from it?
Other people experienced that; it's strange: some people in my organization have this, other people have not, it usually works for some people, then it suddenly doesn't anymore for them.
