Clarify if a call is Teams-Teams or Teams to/from PSTN
In the usage reports you have a column that shows "Calls" but it not specified what type of calls they are i.e. teams-teams or teams to pstn.
This need to be clarified.
This column sometimes show zero even if you have made several successful calls to PSTN with Direct Routing.
The calls column does not count PSTN calls made through direct routing.
I have made several tests with both inbound and outbound calls.
PSTN calls just does not show.
This report is therefore misleading if you use direct routing.
Hope this is a bug that will be fixed.
