For the meeting invitation generated by Teams Meeting add-in in Outlook, we need to be able to select the invitation language. Outlook is configured in one language but it doesn't mean that all my meetings in Teams will be in that language and that others can read my default language. (At least Skype for Business had an option to use Outlook's language or optionally English)
Thanks for providing feedback on this issue. The work is officially on the backlog now. We’ll update when we have more details to share.

Also configurable double language invitations would be highly appreciated.
Please implement 'Selection of language for the TEAMS invitation link'. I think the default should be displaying it as the recipient language setting but have the possibility to change to another language
Please provide the feature 'Selection of language for the TEAMS invitation link' asap - it is highly important / necessary for our daily work in Outlook. Alternatively the invitation should automatically displayed in the language of the OS system of the recipient
It's been some time already since we have been waiting for this relevant improvement. Not everyone understand the same language I'm using in my system so it is important to be able to send an invite that can be understood by the other party, as otherwise it is not possible for them to join a meeting - and this has happened to us more than once -. Maybe you could implement in addition to a solution to the sender another one for the inviation receiver based on the Microsoft Translation tool. Best,
Please provide the feature 'Selection of language for the TEAMS invitation link' asap - it is highly important / necessary for our daily work in OUTLOOK. Thanks
I want to be able to customize / choose language setting for the meeting invitation e-mail when I set up a new meeting in my calendar. Currently the language setting on the meeting organizer's Teams is applied to the e-mail.
Had anything been done with this?

Hello Microsoft, please bring back this feature that was available in SfB. Working in a multinational company it's kind of funny to receive Teams meeting invitations in all kind of languages but honestly it's very annoying.
i really like how many languages are supported by Microsoft for Windows and Microsoft 365 but different local languages will change from useful to a problem if we are not able to select the language easily. Have you ever seen a russian writen invitation and been able to understand one single work if you do not know this language?
Microsoft - please offer asap international working teams a solution which make it at minimum possible to have always english text in addition to the local language.
Support of multi culture/languages is more when only offering local languages !!!!
I found out, that the text will be created from the scheduler API. The HTTP Request Header delivers the acceptlanguage of the loaded Addin localization folder.
As a quick and dirty solution: go to „%localappdata%\Microsoft\TeamsMeetingAddin\<highest version>\<x86/x64\“ and delete all *-* folders. The fallback will be en-US.
Note: The Addin display language will be english then, also the invitation text. But, after an Update of the Addin, the language folder are back again, so you have to delete this folders again.
Why you cant make a small dialog to make a checkbox like "Invitation text always in english" similiar to SfB and then overwrite the variable that will be used for the HTTP request to the scheduler API? It can be so simple and no rocket science!

*English follows Japanese
Setting the language for links in meeting participation request mails
同一の Teams 会議内に複数の言語圏のユーザーが参加することも多々あるため、会議出席依頼メール内のリンクの言語を送信先によって使い分けれる設定の実装を要望します。
There are many times where users who use different languages will attend the same Teams meeting, so I would like to be able to use different languages for links in meeting participation request mails for different attendees.

Why so big Company ( how Microsoft ) so slow react.
Invitation mail and calendar must be in the recipient's language !!!!!!!!
We live in a big world and unfortunately sometimes we start meetings from countries whose language is often not spoken
Microsoft needs to wake up and start acting !
When this important feature will be implemented?
1 month left to have it 1 year on the Backlog... Frustrating.

Please make this happen. I've got meetings in Quebec and Ontario...
Hello, we want to have the same option as in Skype: change the invitation language. Thank you.
Hope this is fixed soon. We have some enquireries about this in our organisation. The footer with the link has changed from Norwegian to English suddenly. This seems to happen after receiving another meeting notice with the English language in the footer
