For the meeting invitation generated by Teams Meeting add-in in Outlook, we need to be able to select the invitation language. Outlook is configured in one language but it doesn't mean that all my meetings in Teams will be in that language and that others can read my default language. (At least Skype for Business had an option to use Outlook's language or optionally English)

Thanks for providing feedback on this issue. The work is officially on the backlog now. We’ll update when we have more details to share.

we absolutely need this feature ASAP. Especially for countries like Canada, and all other countries with with more than one official languages. This is a must that might have been implemented right out of the box. I don't understand why this feature is still not...

The option was available in Microsoft Lync 2010 (old version Team).

Still no news on this? It is really frustrating having to change all of our Office apps into our language so that the meeting invite is sent in English.
I think, for most of us, it would be enough only with having the option of sending the invitation in English, apart from our main languange

Any news about this? We do experiencing some issues with the language while non francophone people get the invitation. Thank you,

Also asking. Of course if converted automatically in respect of the receiver's language would be much better, but still at least possibility to choose from preinstall languages is fine. Thank you.

I have the same problem - I have UA localization, but formal language is English, so I would like to send invites in English

Hi,
Is there any news on this? It would be very helpful (and appear much more professional) if the language of the invite that's put in the e-mail could be changed. I myself have a Dutch installation of Office but I need to plan meetings in English, French or German. It's strange to send this Teams meeting invite in Dutch to people who don't understand this.
My idea is that you can maybe implement a "right-click" system as you do when you want to use a different signature, in which a user can choose different languages that can be used? -

A lot of global companies use global common language to work with colleagues in other countries. I think selecting a language is really important when sending meeting invitation at TEAMS.

Language selection is very important. Please assign it to high priority. We are in 2021 and living in a global world so it is surprising it is not already an existing feature.

It is indeed a very important matter :
I always wonder how my contacts can deal with such text:"会議に参加するにはここをクリック "
I always have to add "Here is the link :" to make sure I can really held my meeting!
What is the plan to allow user to select the language or at least set a message?

This is an essential basic feature that was even already covered by Skype, so I don't understand anyway why it is not yet available…
Absolutely necessary, so please put it on high prio! -
