I have to agree with almost ALL of the complaints leveled at Teams - It's a convoluted, illogical, irrational, screwed-up mess. I've been struggling with it for months, trying to learn and teach it to my end users. But why bother? as soon as you think you've got a handle on it Microsoft changes it! Interestingly the only feature anyone uses, or cares about, is Chat, every other feature is so complicated and illogical no one cares to attempt using them. And, Ironically, chatting with Guests is the one thing end users want most, and is the one thing Teams doesn't do well! End users consistently discover they have missed important Chat messages because they where not signed-in to the correct source domain. Worse yet they blame me for the fact that they are not allowed to access 2 or more domains at once - it's all my fault because I don't know all the magic! (but then, who does?) What's the point of Teams at all? Why not stick to Outlook to deliver messages, or Skype for Business for meetings and chats, or keep relying on yet another Microsoft calamity - SharePoint - for hosting and sharing documents? If Teams was really intended to bring all these things together it's failing. I'm just one more complaint from pulling the plug in the Teams monstrosity. Questions is, can I go back to Skype for Business?, stick to Outlook? continue the struggle with SharePoint? or do I need to (continue) the search for a REAL collaboration platform and push to get it deployed? Microsoft needs to stop haphazardly cobbling together bits-and-pieces of applications and passing them off as functional business tools. It's a tremendous wast of time, resources, and dollar$ to constantly try to hammer lousy Microsoft "solutions" into real business processes. It's to important, and costly, to continue using the old Microsoft business model any longer. Software developers (and Microsoft in particular) need to start delivering solutions that actually work, not toys to tinker with.
i hate TEAMS.. it's ridiculous, unnecessary and a waste of time for typical users. it's just another way for microsoft and bill gates to push **** not needed.

Problem is not Teams, but Microsoft itself. They do upgrade SfB repeatedly without any warning to administrator of the Tenant. We are using equipments Polycom Trio 8800 every day for videoconference with Skype for business and this equipments are certified by MS. Also we need E1 licenses to these equipment. One day these equipments stops work, because Microsoft change Tenant to Teams only. Its crazy. This situation I had to solve for the second time, because Microsoft change settings without approving owner(admin) of the Tenant. Please don't change our Tenant anymore to Teams only. Thanks Vlada Dosedel / Tenant - raycom.cz
We've been switched to Teams only but some of our clients are Skype only so we have lost the ability to arrange meetings with them. Not good enough and I'm having trouble getting Support to roll it back

Our Business was automatically upgraded from Skype for Business to Teams, even though I had chosen to postpone. This is an issue for our company, as 3rd party Voice Conferencing is not fully implemented into Teams yet. It is unfortunate that Microsoft is not offering the same functionality as Skype for Business, and is instead forcing users to pay for a higher cost subscription for small businesses (<50 heads) to enable Audio Conferencing.
pain in the butt
TEAMS SUCKS!!!!!!!! I want to be productive with little interference on my screen from an overly sized-non-scalable app that feels like CANDYLAND! I'm not on a Tablet... I'm not a Millennial trying to be kewl with my font/color schemes that are reminiscent vision-impaired assistance settings; so that I can tap away like aI'm some kind of toddler needing to be entertained in the middle of a church service.... I work... I have many things open and I don't need STREAM and a 100+1 other apps getting in the way... Just let me ping the people I need to with quick questions, occasionally share my screen and act like a mature grown up that doesn't need to be entertained by oowey gooey wowey buttons!!!
