Threads in private message
I get a bunch of questions from customer service specialist via private messages.
Instead of answering them one by one as a thread, I have to put my answers as one big punch and that causes three major problems:
1) I cannot track to which questions I have already answered
2) Customer Service Specialist cannot pinpoint my answer to a question
3) I cannot track additional extra questions to a specific question because the conversation of that particular subject has no thread-like-structure.
If I answer to a question after a day or two, Customer Service is totally messed up and cannot figure to what I am answering or even better what the heck I am talking about suddenly.

Either threads or a way to have entirely separate conversations between people. Discussions have topics, being able to organize them so I dont have to scroll all over the place would be a killer feature.
