out of office incorrect
Teams says that a user is out of office days after the user has turned off this in Outlook. All other Office 365 systems correctly reflects this, but not Teams

Happening for me here too. I turned off out of office and all on MS apps it's correct, but Teams still says I'm out of office.

Same issues as reported by others here in group, Status OOO is NOT correct in Teams even when setting is OK (online and available) in Office 365 and in Outlook 2019 and Outlook web online.

Teams is showing me as Away, Out Of Office after I turned off OOO in Outlook and manually set Available in Teams. I cannot turn off the dual status.
I even set a status message in Teams, and now it's showing both my Outlook auto reply and my Teams status message. -

I am experiencing the same issue. I understand that the developers are trying to be smart about it, but they left no option to disable this "feature". Ideally, this a PoweShell option to turn this off or reg key. In that way there would be an easier way for the developers to see the votes, else customers are suffering and or moving on to Slack.

Same issue I'm in office, nothing turned on in outlook, but Teams says I'm out of office with no way to update the status.

I encountered this issue. I turned of out of office on outlook. Then on TEAMS I was set on busy, out of office. Once I changed to available the out of office was removed.

I had a user with this problem. I uninstalled the teams and closed all office apps after reinstalling it.
It worked!

Same here. Bosses are getting really frustrated with the out of office message and there are no steps that work. The issue started after turning on automatic replies via the outlook android app. After turning this off (on and off several times to troubleshoot) I can't get the out of office message to go away.

Same issue here as company is starting with Teams in 2019 and this AM all my office items (Skype, Outlook Web, etc) show me available. However, Teams shows me Available, Out of Office. I have done all the 'recommendations' to no avail.

Having the same issue here as well it renders your presence information largely useless. If you have say a boss send you an all day event showing they are out of the office it effects your status in Teams. I’m pretty sure Skype doesn’t exhibit this behaviour.

I think is absolutely a bug. Waiting an hour to change status is ridiculous.

Same for me, Version is 1.1.00.24759 (64-bit). It was last updated on 9/24/18.
