In a Meeting vs New Activity
It'd be nice if a separate tray icon indicator could be used to indicate New Activity vs In a Meeting. They are both just red dots, so I find myself constantly checking for new activity when there's actually nothing new.
This is especially problematic because there's no way to indicate when your meeting is over, so for the remainder of the scheduled meeting time it appears red. I miss a lot of conversations this way.

I can't believe this doesn't have more votes. When a meeting is over and you are at your desk looking at red dot on the system tray, the impulse is to keep checking for new messages... but it isn't a new message notification! Please indicate these two tray indicators in DIFFERENT WAYS!
