Enable zoom via CTRL + Scroll Wheel
Allow zoom via the scroll wheel by holding the control key.
This would match the zoom function from Excel, Word, Acrobat applications. Some applications/docs have a zoom button in the bottom right, but this is not intuitive and a somewhat clunky solution.
Ctrl + Scroll is the most common shortcut for content zoom.
Having a coustomizable UI scale is nice but that scale/zoom is something I rarly change compared to the zoom level of various documents.
It's counter intuitive that scroll+control zooms the interface rather than the content. Especially annoying when viewing drawings in PDF format or similar. The default behaviour of ctrl+scroll should be to zoom the content of a window

works in some areas (chat/etc)... but even there I argue that the experience sucks (too much whitespace defeats the purpose)
I've noticed the semi works but it zooms in on the application control rather than the content when viewing PDFs etc.
Restricted to using the zoom button which is a poor experience
Works partially. But does not work in a Planner Tab in MS Teams
