Having a tabbed access that enable to open multiple team session.
able to open multiple team session via tab. this will be useful as we collaborate on multiple subject with different teams
Tabs like in browsers. Should be a simple thing. Think OneNote and the structure Notebooks->Sections->Pages.
Need to be able to see the meeting and the documents for it at the same time so having the ability to have two windows would be invaluable.
There is a cheat to this. Open Teams via the downloaded app and open another via the browser. Only 2 but better than nothing until MS sorts this out!
It is important to have MS Teams opened on more than 1 screen to have visibility or continue to work while other screen is being shared on call or so.

As others have said, it seems obvious and absolutely necessary that, to be productive in Teams, we need some way to be doing multiple things within Teams at one time. At this instant, I need to be editing a document in a Team Site and also need to be responding to Team Chats. I have to keep switching to Chat then back to the document, open it for editing...

C'mon Folks (Teams product team), if Teams is to be my primary team collaboration tool, it must support multiple windows or views. Having to switch the view during a meeting, chat session or while reading a document is disruptive. Consider one of many common examples:
I am in a meeting with a client who are sharing their screen. A colleague opens a separate chat session to comment privately. If I switch to the chat, I loose continuity in the meeting and possible embarrassment when the person sharing their screen says "what do you think about that?" I should be able to open the chat in a new tab and then undock and place that window elsewhere, just like I can do in Skype For Business, Outlook or practically any other older application. Teams is superior in many ways but falls short significantly in this area. Software should improve over time. Please take this seriously.
We need different tabs and support for more than one account. I am currently switching between 2 accounts. I support 2 companies. The current workaround is the Browser, but Teams is still missing lots of features there.
I loose my place all the time in Teams. I'm in the middle of a video I'm playing within Teams, a notification comes in, I act on it, then I can't get back to my video where I left off. I have to navigatge all through Teams to the file, start the video, and scan through the video where I left off. Very tedious.
