Select multiple contacts for chat from Contacts panel
Allow users to select more than one contact from the Contacts Panel to include in a chat rather than laboriously having to add each individual contact, one at a time, for each and every group chat.

You should be able to select multiple people at once to add to a contact group too. It is frustrating having to go to ...> add someone > type the name > find them in a list > add for every single person being added to a contact group.
Whilst we're at it, I should be able to just type a team name in the MAKE A CALL box and everyone in that team is called en masse . This 'Call All' feature should be available in the calls page as well as directly from the Team chat page.

A great workaround is to use a group chat, name the chat, and then you can pin your group so it's always at the top. This is a good option to have saved groups of users to chat with. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LfZ-nMvUcQ4

This is what is stopping us from moving over from Skype.

My office is transitioning from Skype to Teams, and the lack of this feature is the only reason I haven't stopped using Skype. This would be incredibly useful.

Our company (top 100) is looking to transition from Skype to Teams. We use multi selection all day long. The fast that MS Teams doesn't have it is absurd. Not only can you not cherry pick multiple people to initiate contact; you can't even select a created team either to initiate contact. This is just absurd. With Skype we need to communicate with 10-20 numerous times daily.
