Stop chat notifications if you leave meeting
Just went to meeting on PC client, and left as my part was done, now I'm still getting chat notifications of that meeting on my MOBILE device (Android) as other people still continue in that meeting. On Android, I see "Meeting in progress" and JOIN - still I get notifications of that meeting's chat.

Yer, this is VERY annoying. Once i have left a meeting I don't want to see chat's, notifications about people joining or leaving etc. I've left the meeting which means I don't care any more :)
This going against common sense in my mind! -

Per a number of the comments, I second the request to have a setting to mute chat notifications after you select the Leave button and exit out of a meeting. To have to right click and Leave again a second time is an inefficient use of time. Please, pretty please?

In the settings, you can set chat notifications to 'Mute until I join or send a message' - please add another settings for 'Mute upon leaving the meeting or until I reply' and allow people to set both.

There are four separate ideas in here for this. This one has the most votes https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/36007927-no-chat-notifications-when-meeting-is-declined-in

I agree, I find this very irritating that I keep getting notified of messages.

Why do I get chats for meetings that I have not joined? These popup messages are very annoying and reduce productivity. I have numerous meetings to which I have invitations to that I do not join every time. Getting the chat sessions from meetings which you are not in makes no sense!

There are also chat notifications if you never joined that meeting in the first place, an even declined your participation. This is very annoying and cannot be disabled.

There should be much more control over what notifications you see. Each different type of notification should be settable globally, per-channel and per-user.
