Allow team members from other organizations outside of my own to be added
We need to find a way to allow new team members from outside our organization to be added to our teams. This is an essential function of developing collaborative, multi-agency, teams and working groups and should not oblige team members to be Microsoft users. There are too many organizations using other platforms, and the ability to network, chat, and share collaboratively across platforms is essential to successful collaboration.
Agreed. This is virtually the ONLY thing holding my team back from using Teams as our sole collaborative platform. And it's a big one.
