Audio and video call buttons missing
using the Teams app on Windows 10, the instructions for calling someone with an audio or video call don't work. the buttons are missing. the buttons are only present on people who are in my teams contacts.
here are the instructions from Microsoft. it doesn't mention contacts:

The video call option and calendar is missing in the Microsoft Team App. So I could not able to do a con call and set meetings. I am using Lenova Tablet.

These buttons are also missing via the Mac client or web UI on MacOS 10.12. They do not show up in recent or contact lists. However I have other users in the domain using MacOS that do have these buttons.
