Provide a blog app
I was looking at https://aka.ms/dr which has a blog with comments and replies. Can we have this in MS Teams within a Team?

How was the webpage https://aka.ms/dr build? Was OneNote used? But how do you enable comments, tags, likes, share? This looks like a simple blog. Please help me.

I think the 'Wiki' would be better served and the blog idea. Right now, it's a watered down OneNote: should be using OneNote.
