Be able to delete voicemails with the delete button on the keyboard
Has this issue been resolved within Teams?
The May 27 comment by Anonymous and screenshot below - we figured out the VM can be deleted using Outlook. The voicemail shows under the appropriate Group in the agents' Outlook account. When the VM is deleted there, the Teams client view reflects that for all call queue agents. Not sure why it's not an option using the ellipsis as noted. I opened a ticket with Microsoft a month ago support they were unable to provide this workaround which is why I'm posting here.
We are in process of implementing teams as the primary call center solution with call queues. One pretty major barrier is the inability for customer service agents to delete incoming voicemails once they have handled. This is a great challenge from a workflow perspective and will pause our adoption of teams.

Also, please let me know how to track the voice messages i sent from my microsoft teams.
