Support device call controls
Support call controls for popular 3rd party headsets (handup, mute) like Plantronics 740-M or Jabra.
The team is working to address issues with call controls that occur for users running both Teams and Skype for Business. We will let you know when there is more to share.

Brand new "Teams Certified and Enabled" Jabra Evolve2 65 that doesn't work any better than the regular UC version. NONE OF THE TEAMS SPECIFIC FEATURES WORK. Jabra just blames Microsoft.
Any update on this? With the huge uptick in Teams users, this is becoming a much larger issue. I have completely unpredictable functionality among different headsets, or the same headset models on different pcs, even the same device and new teams versions. Please update with at least some what to expect sort of clarity to help users

On the Jabra Pro 9450, undocking the headset does not answer calls in MS Teams even this setting is toggled on in the Jabra Direct application. The headset button that answered calls in Skype does not work in MS Teams.
Call Controls with sennheiser d10 usb do not work
teams only mode
jabra engage 75
reception agent transfers call , baseunit does not hang up the call correctly
it passes the call , but the base unit thinks the call is still active, cannot hang up using button on base station. the next incoming call cannot be answered using the button on headset, and sometime the transfer button is then greyed out
tickets open with microsoft and jabra

Still doesn't work with Jabra Link 370 / Jabra 65.
The worst part is that it worked perfectly a little less than a year ago...

Same issue with Jabra evolve 65e hang up call and mute..
Correction : MUTE seems to be working.
Hang up not.
Same issue with Jabra Speak 510, physical button on the speaker does not work with Ms Team calls.
It doesn't work for Jabra headphones. Even with Skype uninstalled. Best solution? Use Zoom, Google Meet or Webex
Hello, Zero functionality also for Sennheiser MB 360 UC. Would be very interested especially in the phisical mute button on the headset. Worked perfectly with Skype and other apps.
Continually getting conflicts of control between desktop/Teams/Skype and other apps. Unable to seamlessly switch between headset devices. Headsets appear and disappear from drop down lists without any real changes being made.
Something SO basic as change the incoming calls ringtone is just not working with teams... and a post with +560 votes since february--- is "wonrking on it" really?????
With Plantronics Calisto 7200: Hang-up does not work. Mute / Unmute does work.
Exited fully from Skype for Business to see if would work with only Teams running, but no luck: Same bad behavior persisted.
Frustated by MS Teams commented
The call disconnect functionality does not work on both my Jabra headsets - wired 750a UC and wireless Evolve 65. Please do something soon.
Doh. I was hoping to find a solution, but all I can find are large communities of frustrated people with the same issue. It feels weird that MS would accept people seeking an alternative product line over a such a simple but fundamental issue.
Also seeing issues here with a few different types of Jabra headsets. The mute button seems to work after a firmware upgrade but the end call button does not work.
It's been 22 months since the original post (in August 2018). Do you have anything more to share yet?
Plantronics Voyager 5200 with BT600 doesn't work. works perfectly with Skype. it's not listed in "headsets with issues" list.
please also publish list of bluetooth headsets hardware that is verified functional with Teams!

Any update on this issue? I cannot but notice that the last response was on February and now is June and they are still not working.
Jabra Speak 510 call controls now SOMETIMES works in S4B and never in Teams. Using Mute works but at the hardware level and is not represented in the Teams APP (attendees see you as UNMUTED).
