Provide 'Meet Now' or 'Share Window' button for one-on-one chats.
During a chat with a single user, there is no 'Meet Now' button or 'Share Window' functionality.
In SfB, I am able to simply share content with another person without needing to create a voice or video call.
In Teams, we cannot do this. My options are to start a video/voice call or to schedule a meeting.
Skype for Business provides a far superior experience, as I can immediately begin sharing with a contact without a voice/video cal. If you expect companies to adopt this as a new platform, you simply cannot make basic functionality more difficult. Furthermore, you allow a 'Meet Now' button in a 'Team chat', which for me is FAR less useful than with an individual who may not be directly on my 'Team'
This would definitely facilitate cross team collaboration. The more clicks I have to do to get to a shared screen, the less likely I am to use Teams to do it. I'm in a chat b/c someone just pinged me for help on something, and I can't go 'here, let me show you' and click a meet now button right in the chat. Or say 'hey, let me draw that for you and show you how i'd solve that problem' with a shared chat whiteboard.
