zoho add-in needs to better guide user through setup - it's nonfunctional
The zoho add in guided me through login, but then did not allow me to access or setup a portal, I kept running into blank screens or screens saying "that portal is not available" so I never got anywhere with the app. Right now it's nonfunctional.

The portal name is unique for each account.
The message 'portal is not available' is shown because the name you tried choosing for your portal is already in use.
In this case, the only option to choose a different name.
