How can we make Microsoft Teams better?

Ability not to show Disabled/Blocked users

Presently users of "Blocked", "Unlicensed" and even Shared Mailboxes all show up in the search / can try to converse with them. Can these be filtered out / a setting to remove them from the teams search?

This is important to us and seems odd, I can see showing guests since it's harder to verify licenses of them. The only reason I can see for why teams does this is for the free users. Though at least make it an option to hide non licensed users in the organization.

This one has my vote. When I am searching for a contact, I don't need to see AD Service Accounts that don't even have an o365 license.

I think you've misunderstood the suggestion, Bradley. The suggestion is to NOT display users who are not licensed for Teams or are blocked for sign-in in the search.

Currently, the Teams search displays all users in the tenant regardless of licensing or sign-in status. If they exist as a user object, they are displayed.

    I agree with this suggestion.
