Search Meeting notes function
Having a search feature that searches all the pages under meeting notes for a certain topic or area so I don't have to spend ages looking through past notes for a certain thing.

So surprised this basic feature is missing

I've taken Notes in several Teams meeting last months. Now I've to open up each and every meeting for specific Notes, which is very time-consuming and frustrating.
Search option within Meeting Notes would be a tremendous help.
Please, add searching of meeting notes. For me it is important to be able to search for keywords in titles and the note content.
It would be helpful to get the whole new icon/entity for meeting notes, where I could search for a particular meeting note or just get a list of the last ones.

How can you NOT have a search for notes?? OMG!!! Get this fixed IMMEDIATELY! I have notes from a meeting which I can't find because I don't remember the contact's name. I am in a large corporate environment & only met the contact once and I NEED those notes. As I can't search for them I may as well not have taken them in the first place! What is the use of having a feature to capture text & you can't search it??? I can search for files that were attached but not notes. What were you thinking? Wisen up guys! This SHOULD be standard user functionality for ALL manual text fields. Well.. lesson learned. I sure won't be taking notes in TEAMS again. What a useless feature. PLEASE GET IT FIXED ASAP!
Having a lack of search capability on meeting notes is causing a lack of adoption of the use of meeting notes. Everyone seems to be keeping separate meeting notes in OneNote instead which defeats the point of Meeting Notes. Please get this sorted, it's been requested to us by several members of our senior management who have found the lack of this capability frustrating.

What is the point of putting notes in the meeting notes if they cannot be easily searched and found? I see that I can use Bing but that is still very awkward and inefficient (doesn't even redirect you to back to the teams notes if you wanted to add something.
Replace Meeting notes with OneNote notes. You can add members, meeting invite notes, more easily shared and doesn't matter if someone was on the meeting invite.
OneNote is far better for search, sharing and transparency.

So you can search meeting notes - by looking in the "Files" filter in the search results.
It shows a link to the .mht file where the content is: of course this should really be a link to open the actual meeting notes!
Please Microsoft fix this issue.
Come on! RLY? Still no search in Meeting notes?!? Gogo feature pull request!

We add a Teamshared Onenote notebook as tab. That lets us use the entire Onenote capability including search.

It's crazy that you can't search meeting notes. Please get this in right away
Original post in July 2018 for such a critical need and still nothing? Tsk tsk MS

Very surprised there is actually no search possibility in the meeting notes

This is essential, and confusing for users to understand why search doesn't cover all of teams
Without this basic search ability this meeting notes feature is not usable / completely useless.
I'm confused about why this wasn't implemented into OneNote.
There seems to be too much overlap here.
If I am in Outlook, I have an option for Meeting Notes on an invite, and that integrates with OneNote. I can then use the Search features of OneNote.
Not sure where teams is going. Not only is it not integrated, but I can't even use TEAMS search to find something at the moment.

If there is some technical reason this doesn't work, please instead allow us to swap out the wike for One Note which is at least searchable.

How is this not a base feature?
We were considering to switch our team to Teams, including saving all internal meeting notes there. But if we cannot use 'search' for meeting notes then it's a huge disadvantage
