Invite / Add Distribution List to Scheduled Meeting Invite
Currently unable to add DLs to the 'Invite People' field when creating a new / scheduled Teams meeting.
Would like to add a DL to a Teams meeting instead of adding people one by one.
Basic functionality - would not have imagined that this is not possible yet!
1. I have a Teams team with all members already assigned to the group.
2. It is not possible to create a meeting invite with scheduling assistant for the team members - this is a daily use case, how can this be?
3. Even copying the members manually is not possible, since the "add attendee" input for a meeting does not accept any kind of list (neither names nor email addresses, be it with comma or semicolon as separator)
4. So I ended up adding each and every of the members (that are already stored within the Teams group and thus known to the system) separately and manually? Unbelievable.

This REALLY should be an option and I do not understand why Microsoft hasn't implemented this. Microsoft Outlook has distribution lists you can create and even E-mail groups that will go to many people. Outlook will also link meeting invites to the calendar but for some reason we have to send INDIVIDUAL emails when we want to schedule a meeting....this really is the LARGEST reason my organization is considering other options.
Make it possible to sync the guests with Dynamics365 gremia/groups please....The members in our gremia/groups in Dynamics365 must also be (guest) members in Teams. It's not desirable to manage the contacts in several apps.

We have ~150 to invite and cannot find a way that works. For example #3 below doesn't work. Very confused - beating my head against the desk.

Here are 4 suggested improvements for inviting attendees:. The first 3 are things I can do in Outlook but not in Teams. The last one is Teams-only.
1. use a DL (per the OP)
2. use a personaI Outlook contact group
3. copy and paste multiple email addresses separated by a semi colon (per comment below)
4. use a Teams tagged group

Extra ordinarily inconvenient to invite more than a couple of people when setting up a meeting from inside a team. Access to distribution lists and the ability to invite an entire team would be a valued addition

It would be useful to add attendees to a meeting in Teams, just by copying multiple email addresses separated by a semi colon. Like you can in a normal email, instead of one by one.

This would be very useful as 31 staff members in my dept!
I currently have to add 81 people individually to a meeting invite. Not good!

This is ridiculous, if you can't add a group or mail list in the Teams Calendar, it makes it completely useless in most scenarios.

This is basic calendar functionality! I assumed something was broken when I couldn't do it.
