Show the status/presence of people on their photo when searching from the command bar
When searching for people on the command bar, it doesn't show their presence on the photo next to their name.
When trying to use a shortcut such as /call it would be useful to know the presence of the person before initiating a call. If they are away, busy etc then it affects the decision of whether I want to try calling them.

Really annoying that you have to select a user from search before you get to see their presence. This is a retro-grade step from SfB.

I agree, this is a highly desired feature. There is currently no evenly efficient way to search for the presence status of a particular user (in SfB, you could start typing the name of the colleague and immediately see the presence status, without the need to "select" the desired user.

I was coming to this site to share the exact same suggestion. I do not like having to click on a person and essentially start a chat with someone just to find out they are "Away." Would be great to see their status in the search bar.
