Ability to zero out of voicemail to operator
When a incoming call goes to voicemail, we would like to see the ability for the caller to press zero (0) and get the operator.
Please add this feature for when callers are in the Auto Attendant and/or being transferred to voicemail. Thanks.
This would be very useful. The added feature mentioned below does not work if no number is assigned to an operators group (aka, call queue). A simple "Allow caller to transfer to call queue" would be huge.
This feature now exists! Thanks! If you go to the users cloud voicemail settings here https://aka.ms/vmsettings then there is an option to put in a transfer target if the caller presses zero - and yes it does work with pstn numbers.
Please get this feature in! Our customers love the ability to just get back to rececption. Similarly, we need pstn transfers. Teams is so far behind Skype for business in calling features.
I got the notice about Exchange Online UM being depreciated, so we really need some of those features to come to MS Teams/Cloud Voicemail. It's much to basic for us.
Yes, we would need this as well. Very many of our callers use this feature.
