Push Notifications for Microsoft Teams
Instead of being sent direct emails for changes, comments, uploads etc. in teams. It would be more useful to have push notifications so we can be immediately notified. This would spend up and improve the functionality of Teams as we wouldn't have to continually check our Outlook mailbox.

push notification is generally an owner post only going outward and with notifications "on" by default, the members (assumes all recipients are part of channel) should already get the message (5 different ways my count) unless notifications have a bug in a particular tenant? @Paul E. - On your comment, is your boss expecting every member to respond as far as a "read receipt" type of thing? the team should see the post (bold, @team, red text or noted important "!" may help further), but not sure on context of urgency or reply back expectations in your scenario. We are having conversations in my company around use case and just trying to understand others definition of "push notification"

This is the most frustrating thing and the single reason my boss wants to abandon Teams all together. He asks for something IN A TEAM to A TEAM he wants a response FROM THE TEAM!
