PDF electronic signature
When we want to electronically sign a PDF directly from Teams, we first have to download it on our local desktop, sign the document in adode reader, and re upload the document in Teams. We end up with x versions of the same document on our team folder. We would defintely need to be able to sign those documents directly into Teams, and to be able to see each others electronic signatures

Why isn't this feature available already? We are able to open MS documents using the app, we should have the ability to open directly in Adobe (or some other app that allow the placement of the electronic signature.
This idea was suggested back in 2018. It's now 2020 and still not yet complete. hmm..
Definitely a very useful feature so that we can just sign immediately online without having to download and re-upload.
I need the ability to open a PDF in Teams/Files and have the tools and the ability to sign the document. This offering i currently available when retrieving a PDF stored in OneDrive. I suspect the core technology platform for teams and OneDrive is sharepoint, so I believe having this capability is very achievable.

this is a very important feature that will take collaboration to the next level. PDF annotating and signing are critical business processes in most large organizations!

Would be good if it was natively done too rather than a 3rd party like docusign or Adobe

Yes we really need this.

Excellent idea Lucie V. as PDF signature is really a daily usecase, finalising a collaboration process. Microsoft Teams shall be able to put this feature embeded in teams to avoid download and upload in the channel to allow multiple user to sign in a single click.
