Team name messed with active directory shared email inbox
It just happened to us and had our team paralized for 2 days where we couldn't get requests from the clients and agencies that happen to send all their requests to a shared inbox our team uses.
The issue is that I created a Team chat with the same name of our shared inbox, both in office 365, and it got the same name in active directory instead of using an independent id, so no emails where getting through.
I just got out of the call where they told us the reason... and makes no sense this has happened. So this means I can use a name that even might interfere with other teams in the company, this needs to be fixed.
