I find a need for Teams Settings to have the additional notification settings for the following of Planner:
1. Tasks allocated to me
2. Updates (including comments and attachments) of Tasks Created by me
3. Updates (including comments and attachments) of Tasks allocated to me
The notifications settings should allow existing options:
1. Banner and email
3. Only show in feed

i agree with Crystal on this 100% - i have to look for the color change on every task - some of my planners are on rather large teams!! too much time to see if someone mistakenly checked off an action or if they made a comment i didn't get emailed because i haven't commented yet.....
Is there a way that I can receive notification if there's any changes/updates with regards to file attachment or comment? Tried to look this in notification, however, didn't say anything. Could you please help me?
Planner sends notifications when you've been assigned a new task, when you have upcoming tasks, or late tasks... But I want to receive notifications when something is CHANGED in an existing task that I'm assigned to (a Comment is added, an attachment is added, dates are changed, status is changed, priority is changed, etc.)
I also miss the opportunity to see any changes or comments in an existing task in Planner. There is no easy way to see them instead of choosing every single task
Also the ability to decide whether Teams should notify you of a task only in a one place. Right now it is notifying as a Teams Chat, and Email, and you get a notification from Planner app.
