Keyboard shortcuts for 'Back' and 'Forward' navigation
Please create a keyboard shortcut for the ability to navigate 'Back' and 'Forward' (instead of having to mouse click on the upper-left arrows).
I miss this functionality almost every time I use teams. Please!
Please add this feature.
Now it is 2021 and this essential basic feature is still not there. Unbelievable.

Following on from previous comment, the keyboard shortcut documentation needs updating https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/keyboard-shortcuts-for-microsoft-teams-2e8e2a70-e8d8-4a19-949b-4c36dd5292d2

Just voted for this and then discovered that keyboard shortcuts for back/forward already exist :)
That's for a mac. I don't know what they are on Windows but I suspect they're similar

I constantly switch back and forth between the same sections (from Planner to Teams, back to Planner, etc.). This will save time in that I won't have to pick up the mouse to flip.
What Matthew said.

Back = Alt-left arrow
Forward = Alt-right arrow
Every web browser supports these standard keyboard shortcuts, which means SLACK supports them
Microsoft Outlook supports them
Windows Explorer supports them
Spotify supports them
Every modern application that has the concept of "back" and "forward" supports alt-left arrow and alt-right arrow navigation.
Please support them in Teams. Lacking such a fundamental usability feature is an embarrassment to Teams and a source of daily frustration and anger for your users.
Also support alt+left / alt+right idea.
For all the AutoHotkey-heads out there:

Alt+Left and Alt+Right to make it easy to switch from Slack.
Yes please please, Alt-left and Alt-right.
People won't have to learn these, they'll already know.
This is basically the most essential shortcut and makes navigation so much easier. With one quick key press it could be possible to e.g. go back to an PDF, you were reading in teams, after you switched to somewhere else.
Alt-Left and Alt-Right here too please

Yes, please Alt-Left and Alt-Right. Soooo much needed!

Such a small but sorely missed feature - so common in other apps which makes it extra frustrating.

I would glad if it could be the same standard as in browser (explorer or web browser on Windows), like Alt+Left arrow for Back and Alt+Right arrow for Forward navigation.

Yes please add this. Many advanced excel users have grown accustomed to not using a mouse and have taken that ability to other applications. Navigating files and folders should be possible completely with the arrow keys, Backspace, and Enter. It is very difficult in the current environment to back out to the parent folder without using the mouse.
