volume/sound options would make this work. We transitioned from Slack to Teams and Slack gave WAAAY more options. I have to use Volume Mixer to make Teams louder, seems like a basic function that aught to be available by default for the users to customize, like Windows Sounds.
My company transition to Teams and I have been having issues with Volume. People can hear me but I can't hear them. I've checked my settings and nothing seems to work other than calling into the meeting on my phone to hear and signing into Teams on my computer to watch the PowerPoint on a bigger screen. This transition is horrible. I wish we could go back to skype. I failed to mention that I've missed/canceled the meeting because of the volume issue.
I am over 50 and having a hard time hearing but am not considered hearing impaired. I constantly miss notifications because all I get from your app is ""boink". I need more. Skype allowed me to set a very loud ringing sound that would grab my attention. Please make some options for sounds and volume in MS Teams.
Can we please do something about this? It's stupid that volume needs to be set through the volume mixer at the start of every meeting and has no option to lower/raise the volume of a participant
Maybe the 'Volume Mixer' under the Windows Sound Control could facilitate this since it's by App
I agree. How was this not part of the original build?
I've been pestering them for more than a year to give us sound options and it's falling on deaf ears. Is there a pun there? Nope, it's just sad.

Yes, and able to control the volume of each person in the call separately, not sure if this is included in your request. I would like to be able to turn up the quiet person and down the loud person.
